Immigration
For founders with a business idea that is new, distinct and able to scale. There is no statutory investment threshold; there is an endorsing body that will not sign below about £50,000. Get the endorsement and this reaches Indefinite Leave to Remain in three years — two faster than any other UK route we handle.
Everything on this route turns on a letter from a body the government has approved. The money matters, the plan matters, but neither is assessed by the Home Office in the first instance — the endorsing body assesses them, and then keeps assessing them at six, twelve and twenty-four months.
The right to live in a country with among the highest living standards in the world, and to work or run a business there.
Access to premium healthcare and education once UK residency is granted.
The principal applicant brings a spouse and children onto the same route, subject to their meeting the criteria.
A solid banking system, real financial services, and markets to expand a business into across Europe.
After holding Indefinite Leave to Remain for at least a year, and five years' residence, citizenship can be applied for.
After three years a holder may apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain, subject to business performance and physical residence.
The endorsement is not a one-off. The body that endorses the business assesses it again at six, twelve and twenty-four months, and endorsement can be withdrawn. The visa rests on it, so those reviews are a condition of holding the visa rather than a formality after it.
“No threshold” and “from £50,000” are both true. The Home Office sets no investment requirement for this route; the endorsing bodies do, and in practice they do not write letters below about £50,000. Treat the figure as what an endorsement costs to obtain rather than what the rules demand, and note that the joint-venture alternative is published as a range of £200,000 to £250,000.
This route is judged three times after it is granted. The Bayat Group panel keeps the endorsement, the business plan and each review milestone in one place, guided by Pathinnova AI and reviewed by our legal team.
Both are true. The Home Office sets no investment requirement for this visa; the endorsing bodies that have to sign it off will not write a letter under about £50,000. It is the endorsement that decides, not the rulebook.
Figures are what an endorsing body expects to see, not a statutory minimum. The joint-venture route is published as a range.
A new, distinct and viable business idea with room to scale, endorsed by an approved body.
All in pounds, so these do add up — with two caveats immediately below.
The Skilled Worker and Expansion Worker pages both publish the Immigration Health Surcharge at £624 per person per year. This program's page does not mention it at all, which is far more likely an omission than an exemption. Rather than invent a number or quietly drop the line, the sheet keeps the row and leaves it unpriced — on a three-year visa for four people it would add GBP 7,488. Ask us to confirm before you budget.
The source states that this visa has no specific investment threshold, and separately that an endorsement requires investment from £50,000. Both are reproduced: the Home Office sets no figure and the endorsing bodies do, so the £50,000 is a floor rather than a rule. The joint-venture route is published as a range of £200,000 to £250,000 and is not averaged here; the lower bound drives the total, which is why it reads "from". The Immigration Health Surcharge is not mentioned on this program's page although it appears on the other two UK routes at GBP 624 per person per year — its row is kept and left unpriced rather than dropped. English is required at CEFR level B2, the applicant must be at least 18, and personal savings sufficient for self-support must be shown; the maintenance figure the other two routes publish (GBP 1,270 for a principal applicant) is not stated here. The endorsing body reviews the business at 6, 12 and 24 months and endorsement can be withdrawn. Legal, professional and endorsement-body fees are additional. Figures are indicative, non-binding, and confirmed during due diligence.
Select a step to see what happens — and note that step two decides most applications, and step four never quite ends.
Bayat Group's compliance team conducts an internal due diligence check — a background security screening of the applicant, preparation of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, and a qualification assessment against the program's requirements.
