Six Routes In. Every One Yours to Keep.

Citizenship in exchange for a property investment of at least USD 400,000, or one of five alternatives. Uniquely among the programs on this site, none of them is a donation — every route leaves you holding the asset.

111 Visa-Free Destinations

Turkish citizens travel visa-free to over 111 countries and territories.

E-2 Investor Visa to the USA

Turkish passport holders can relocate to the United States and establish a business through the E-2 Investor Visa.

Potential Return on Investment

Property bought under the program can be rented out, and may be resold once the three-year holding period is up.

Simple, Remote Process

Three to six months, completed remotely. No prior experience and no language requirement.

Favourable Taxation

No tax on worldwide income, capital gains, gifts, wealth or inheritance.

World-Class Healthcare

Citizens have access to state health services — medical treatment, emergency and preventive care.

Spouse and Children Under 18

The family scope is narrower than the Caribbean programs: a spouse, children under 18, and disabled children of any age. Parents, siblings and adult children are not included.

Heritable, and No Source-of-Funds Disclosure

Citizenship passes to your descendants, dual nationality is permitted, and applicants are not required to disclose their source of funds.

The Investment Comes First

Every Caribbean program we handle lets you invest only after your application is conditionally approved. Türkiye is the other way round: the qualifying investment is made at step three, and the government's due diligence review follows at step four. Your money moves before the decision does. That is why our own screening happens first — step one exists to find any reason for refusal while it still costs you nothing.

Your Next Step
A passport at the meeting point of Europe and Asia, a business visa to the United States, and an asset you still own at the end of it.

Property, Capital, or a Payroll.

Any one of six routes qualifies. Property is the cheapest at USD 400,000; the four financial routes sit at USD 500,000 and are held for three years; the last asks for fifty jobs instead of a sum.

Indicative Total · Excl. Due Diligence USD 402,200

The total above is deliberately incomplete. Türkiye publishes no statutory fee for background screening, but every applicant goes through mandatory compliance and verification; those costs run through authorised legal or advisory providers and come to several thousand US dollars per applicant depending on the complexity of the case and the family composition. We would rather show you a total with a hole in it than a precise figure that turns out to be wrong. Shares in a Turkish real-estate investment fund or venture capital investment fund are a further qualifying route; the published summary lists it without a figure, so it is not priced here. Purchase taxes, agency and conveyancing costs on a property route are additional and depend on the transaction. Figures are indicative, non-binding, and confirmed during due diligence.

Five Steps to a Turkish Passport

Select a step to see what happens — and note where the investment falls.

Step 1 of 5 Handled by Bayat Group

Internal Due Diligence and Qualification Assessment

Bayat Group's compliance team conducts an internal due diligence check — a background security screening of the applicant, preparation of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, and a qualification assessment. This is designed to minimise the risk of a denial before anything is committed.

Application Preparation

A tailored list of required documents is prepared. The client signs a retainer agreement with Bayat Group, and every document the application needs is gathered and organised — including translations, certified copies and the required government forms.

Making the Investment and Submitting the Application

The qualifying investment is made at this stage, before the application goes in — Türkiye works the opposite way round to the Caribbean programs on this point. Once the investment is in place and the eligibility criteria are met, Bayat Group prepares the citizenship application for submission.

Residence Permit, Due Diligence Review and Citizenship Processing

Bayat Group's experts help secure a Turkish residence permit, then submit the investor's citizenship application. The authorities run a due diligence process that typically spans two to three months, reviewing documentation and verifying the applicant and their family against international databases. That assessment determines eligibility.

Citizenship Granted and Passports Issued

On approval, the investor and their dependents are issued passports. There is no need to travel to Türkiye to collect them — a Turkish embassy or consulate in another country will do. An ID card additionally requires fingerprints, usually arranged at an embassy, and is generally ready two to three weeks afterwards.
