Since 1984. The Original, Still the Benchmark.

Launched in 1984, this is the program every other citizenship by investment scheme was written against. Citizenship comes in exchange for a contribution or a qualified investment in a government-approved project.

Four Decades of Standing

Launched in 1984 and the oldest program of its kind anywhere — with the institutional depth that comes of it.

Investment After Approval

The qualified investment is made only once your application has received conditional approval.

Simple Application Procedure

Typically four to six months from start to finish. No prior experience and no language requirement.

Favourable Taxation

No personal income tax, no wealth tax, no gift tax, no inheritance tax and no capital gains tax on citizens.

No Residency Requirement

Apply immediately — there is no physical residency to establish at any stage.

Dual Citizenship Allowed

No requirement to renounce your existing nationality; every advantage of holding more than one citizenship is available.

Family Inclusion

Spouse; children under 18; children 18 to 25 in full-time education and supported by you; adult children with disabilities; and parents over 55 living with and supported by you.

!

Restricted Nationalities

Russian, Belarusian, Iranian, Iraqi, Afghan, North Korean and Cuban nationals are banned from applying to this program, regardless of where they live. If that applies to you, speak to us before spending anything — several of the other programs we handle remain open, and we would rather tell you that at the outset.

Per-head fees are quoted at the adult rate: a minor dependent's approval-in-principle fee is USD 10,000 rather than USD 15,000, and due diligence is charged from age 16, so a household with young children comes in below the figure above. Additional contributions beyond four persons — USD 50,000 an adult, USD 25,000 a minor — are published for the Sustainable Island State Contribution only, and are applied to that avenue alone here; on the other three, a larger household adds the per-person fees but not a larger contribution or threshold. A child under three born after the Certificate of Registration is issued can be added for USD 7,500. A developers' project investment must be retained at least seven years. Figures are indicative, non-binding, and confirmed during due diligence.

Five Steps to the Original Passport

Select a step to see what happens — and what Bayat Group handles for you.

Step 1 of 5 Handled by Bayat Group

Internal Due Diligence and Qualification Assessment

Bayat Group's compliance team conducts an internal due diligence check — a background security screening of the applicant, preparation of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, and a qualification assessment against the program's requirements.

Internal Due Diligence and Qualification Assessment

Application Preparation

A tailored list of required documents is prepared. The client signs a retainer agreement with Bayat Group, and every document the application needs is gathered and organised.

Submission, Review, Due Diligence, and Interview

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria, including the financial requirements and a clean background. Once all original documents reach Bayat Group, our citizenship experts assess the file and prepare it for submission. The application is then presented to the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis through an officially authorised local agent, as the regulations require. The CBI Unit reviews the application and conducts its own due diligence checks, and every applicant attends the mandatory interview — in person or online.

Final Decision, Comfort Letter Issuance, and Making the Qualified Investment

Once the application has been processed and a decision reached, the applicant receives a letter informing them of the outcome. If it is approved, the applicant proceeds with the qualified investment and covers the fees associated with the chosen avenue.

Certificate of Naturalization and Passport Issuance

On completion of the required contribution or investment, the Certificate of Registration is issued and Bayat Group applies for the passports on the client's behalf.
