E-2 Investor Visa in the USA

Grenadian citizens can apply for a US E-2 Investor Visa — no other Caribbean CBI offers this. E-2 applicants must show three years' continuous residence in the qualifying country.

145 Visa-Free Jurisdictions

Visa-free, visa-on-arrival or ETA access to 145 jurisdictions, including the EU and UK, China, Russia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Siblings and Grandparents

Spouse, children under 30, parents and grandparents over 55, and dependent siblings aged 18 and above — a wider family than most programs allow.

Investment After Approval

You invest only once your application has conditional approval — never before the decision comes back.

Simple Application Process

The process is straightforward and typically takes around six months from start to passport.

No Physical Residency

Apply immediately — there is no residency to establish before, during or after the application.

Dual Citizenship Allowed

No requirement to renounce your existing nationality; every advantage of holding more than one citizenship is available.

Clear Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 or over, of good character, with a clean criminal record and a genuine willingness to meet the investment requirement.

Your Next Step
A Caribbean passport, 145 jurisdictions, and the one Commonwealth citizenship that opens a business visa to the United States.

Article I — Route of Qualification

Select the clause that describes your investment. The fund contribution is spent; a project investment is an asset you hold for at least five years.

1.1 National Transformation Fund Non-refundable contribution · main applicant and up to three dependents
USD 235,000 one-time contribution
1.2 Approved Project — Sole Government-approved real estate, retained at least five years

USD 270,000 + USD 50,000 government fee
Article II — Persons Named Herein
This estimate is prepared for 4 persons

The main applicant and up to three dependents share one contribution — a fourth person costs no more than a second.

Dependents beyond the fourth person are priced at USD 25,000 — the rate for a child or a parent or grandparent over 55. A parent or grandparent under 55 is USD 50,000 and a dependent sibling is USD 75,000, so a household drawing on those relationships comes in above the figure shown. Per-person fees are quoted at the adult rate: processing is USD 500 rather than USD 1,500 for a person under 18, and due diligence and the oath apply from 17 and 18 respectively. The project routes also carry a USD 10,000 approved-project application fee, included above. Fees borne by the approved project rather than by you — due diligence on each developer and director, the start-date extension request, and the annual project administration fee — are excluded. A project investment must be retained five years. Figures are indicative, non-binding, and confirmed during due diligence.

Application Process

Five Steps to a Grenadian Passport

Select a step to see what happens — and what Bayat Group handles for you.

Step 1 of 5 Handled by Bayat Group

Internal Due Diligence and Qualification Assessment

Bayat Group's compliance team conducts an internal due diligence check — a background security screening of the applicant, preparation of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, and a qualification assessment against the program's requirements.

Internal Due Diligence and Qualification Assessment

Bayat Group's compliance team conducts an internal due diligence check — a background security screening of the applicant, preparation of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, and a qualification assessment against the program's requirements.

Application Preparation

A tailored list of required documents is prepared. The client signs a retainer agreement with Bayat Group, and every document the application needs is gathered and organised.

Submission, Review, Due Diligence, and Oath of Allegiance

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria, including the financial requirements and a clean background. Once all original documents reach Bayat Group, our citizenship experts assess the file and prepare it for submission to the Grenada CBI Committee. The Committee reviews the application and conducts its own due diligence checks, and every successful applicant takes a written Oath of Allegiance.

Final Decision, Comfort Letter Issuance, and Making the Qualified Investment

Once the application has been processed and a decision reached, the applicant receives a letter informing them of the outcome. If it is approved, the applicant proceeds with the qualified investment and covers the fees associated with the chosen route.

Certificate of Registration, PR Card and Passport

The CBI Committee issues the Certificate of Registration, then arranges the passports and the Permanent Resident card. Bayat Group applies for the passports on the client's behalf.
