Citizenship by Investment
Four qualifying routes — a fund contribution, government bonds, approved property or an infrastructure project — from USD 240,000, decided in three to six months.
Introduced in 2015 and run under Saint Lucia's own legislation with government guarantees behind it. A Commonwealth member with a democratic framework built on the British parliamentary system.
Known for political and economic stability, striking landscape and a high standard of living.
Visa-free, visa-on-arrival or ETA access to 146 jurisdictions, including the EU and UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The qualified investment is made only once your application has received conditional approval.
Three to six months, start to finish. No prior experience and no language requirement.
No personal income tax, no wealth tax, no gift tax, no inheritance tax and no capital gains tax on citizens.
Apply immediately — there is no physical residency at any stage, and the passport can be obtained remotely.
Spouse, siblings, dependent children under 30 and dependent parents over 55 — and dependents can be added later against a further fund contribution.
No requirement to renounce your existing nationality; every advantage of holding more than one citizenship is available.
From eligibility to passport issuance, the Bayat Group panel keeps every document, decision and milestone in one place — guided by Pathinnova AI and reviewed by our legal team.
No two of Saint Lucia's four routes are priced the same way — the fund scales per head, the bond is flat, property charges from the first dependent, and the project route has a ladder of its own. Choose one and the schedule re-derives itself.
Select the clause that describes your investment. The fund contribution is spent; the bond is returned after five years; the property is yours on a title deed.
The real-estate administrative fee is published as USD 300,000 — larger than the property it accompanies, and the same figure as the bond investment listed directly above it. We are treating it as unconfirmed pending clarification rather than quoting it as settled.
One contribution covers the main applicant and three family members — a fourth person costs no more than a second.
Per-head figures are quoted at the adult rate: a minor dependent under 18 is USD 10,000 against USD 20,000 for an adult, so a household with young children comes in below the figure above. Due diligence is charged from age 16. Dependents added after citizenship is granted carry their own non-refundable contributions — USD 5,000 for a newborn under twelve months, USD 25,000 for other qualifying dependents, and USD 35,000 for the spouse of a citizen. No enterprise projects are open for investment at present: clause 1.4 prices the national infrastructure option, and a sole enterprise investor would need USD 3.5 million, or USD 1 million each in a joint venture of USD 6 million or more, in both cases plus USD 50,000 administration. Figures are indicative, non-binding, and confirmed during due diligence.
